When making payments of your association fees by check, please make sure you make your check payable to your association and not CMG. Your mailing envelope should have the following:

Mailing your fee to CMG may only make you payment late and additional fees may be added. Please remember that you should mail your payments a week prior to their due date to avoid mail or processing delays. To assure that your payments are on time, you can set up an automatic payment online on our website at www.cmgcharleston.com.
